I’m very excited to share my newest illustrated pattern, featuring the historic sites of Winchester. It follows on from my first design ‘There’s No Place Like Home‘ which I really enjoyed putting together. Winchester seemed like a natural step on from that with illustrations including the cathedral, the buttercross and the statue of King Alfred the Great… as well as a couple of the nice pubs!
My first product to use this design will be a Winchester wrapping paper. Printed in brilliant full colour, onto 135 gsm paper. When unfolded each sheet is 594 x 841 mm (A1 ). They are folded into A3 for sale, cellophane wrapped and supplied with a matching luggage tag for each sheet ordered. Sheets can be ordered as a single sheet or in multiple packs. But they are also available for wholesale order as unwrapped sheets.
I’m looking forward to showcasing this at the upcoming Hampshire Open Studios event later in the Summer. I’m also intending to add more to this and make it a city series… with London and Paris on the drawing board for later this year. If there’s time i’d also like to see these patterns being used across other items. So keep a look out for travel notebooks and perhaps even fabric!
