A national landmark and an everlasting focal point on the London skyline. This is my sketch study of Sir Christopher Wren’s architectural wonder. I’ve turned it into an A4 activity sheet. This St Paul’s Cathedral colouring page is free to print out and fill with your own colours. This St Paul’s Cathedral colouring page has also been included on the back of the packing note that is sent out with this month’s online orders. You can check out my finished painting; including dark skies with a hint of snow. I think it works well as a distinctive greeting card and a festive ornament.

It turned into quite an atmospheric piece for me but I wonder what choices you would make? Although the building is busy with detail… there’s plenty of open space in the sky above to be more expressive with those colours!

Follow along with my creative adventures here on the studio blogfacebooktwitter or instagram. You can find more location inspired creative activity pages like this Machu Picchu colouring sheet (perfect for those global travellers). Or continue the local London theme with this snowy Greenwich scene. They can all be found over on the ‘Activities & Competitions’ section of the blog and i’ll be adding plenty more next year.
