I aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days and a confirmation email is sent once the item has left the studio (it’s an automated email so do check your junk mail!). I keep some designs ready to send. Otherwise these small gifts are made to order here in the studio.

Small gifts are wrapped with tissue paper and placed into a specialist cardboard box for delivery. Some bubble wrap my be used for heavier deliveries.

Shipping costs are quoted in your shopping cart before you place an order, items are calculated by weight to your destination. UK Customers can choose between a variety of services included tracked delivery.

International parcels are always sent via a tracked service. Customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries.

Gift wrapping is available if you would like to give this item as a present. A tag with a personal message can also be included. I use my own original designs for wrapping paper which you can also buy in packs for use at home.
