Artwork inspired by fabulous festivals and grand sporting occasions! These are my illustrated versions of those events… available on greetings cards, small gifts and framed art prints. All items are made or assembled by hand here in the studio.
My ceramic mugs are wrapped in tissue paper and placed into specialist ‘smashproof’ mug boxes. It’s not a name I like to use as it challenges the universe to find a way… BUT the boxes are made of rigid cardboard and are specifically designed so that the mug fits snuggly inside. This prevents any movement while in transit and protects against any accidental bumps and drops. It’s highly effective and plastic free!
Delivery Services
Shipping costs are quoted in your shopping cart before you place an order, items are calculated by weight to your destination. UK Customers can choose between a variety of services included tracked delivery.
International parcels are sent via a tracked service and should also receive details from the courier or Royal Mail. Customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries.
Dispatch Times
I aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days and a confirmation email is sent once the item has left the studio (it’s an automated email so do check your junk mail!). Gift Wrapping
These boxes are a nice size for gift wrapping which is available if you would like to send an item as a present. I use my own original designs for wrapping paper which you can also buy in packs for use at home. The packing receipt/price will be removed and tag with a personal message can also be included. The wrapped present is then placed inside a larger box with void filling recycled paper for delivery.
Returns Info
Returns and/or exchanges are processed on a case-by-case-basis and are available for any goods which arrive damaged. In the first instance please email me at the studio as a replacement may be available. Please take a photograph of any damages.
All exchanges must be returned in mint condition. Customised/personalised orders cannot be returned and returns will not be accepted due to customs taxes, fees or duties. All return shipping fees and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please make sure your address is up to date on your order confirmation, as I trust this information to be correct. Refunds cannot be given for postage on returned items where addresses are incomplete or misspelled.
For most countries, items should be delivered within 10 days. For international deliveries, please give 15 days from postage confirmation before reporting your item as missing. Some packages do get lost in the mail. Refunds or replacements will certainly be offered if I have made a mistake in the studio or if an items fail to reach you.
