Original acrylic and ink painting ‘The Westgate Museum’ on cut paper, finished within a 25 x 25 cm white boxed frame.

Illustration of the Westgate Museum viewed from the city side. Along with the Kingsgate it is one of two surviving fortified gateways in Winchester. It’s earliest surviving fabric is of Anglo-Saxon character and today the building is used as a Museum.

The Westgate Museum Diorama

– The artwork has been cut-out and raised from the background for a theatrical effect.

✍️ – Signed on the canvas & delivered with a certificate of authenticity.

– Presented in a glazed black box frame ready to hang.

– The frame is protected with tissue paper and bubble wrap. The artwork is then packed within a cardboard shell/box and filled with bubble wrap or airbags.
