Shipping/Delivery
All items are sent 2nd class (UK) and Standard class (International) and I aim to dispatch within 2 working days. A confirmation email will be sent once the item has left the studio.Shipping costs are quoted in your shopping cart before you place an order, items are calculated by weight.Prints and stationery are wrapped with tissue and brown paper, with extra corner protectors and bubble wrap on framed items. Canvases and larger frames are well bubble wrapped within a cardboard shell.International customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries.Refunds and Exchanges
Returns and/or exchanges are processed on a case-by-case-basis and are available for goods which arrive damaged. In the first instance please email the studio as a replacement may be available. Please take a photograph of any damages and return it to me in the original packaging.All exchanges must be returned in mint condition.Returns will not be accepted due to customs taxes, fees or duties. All return shipping fees and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.For most countries, items should be delivered within 10 days. For international deliveries, please give 15 days from postage confirmation before reporting your item as missing. Please make sure your address is up to date on your order confirmation, as we trust this information to be correct. Refunds cannot be given for postage on returned items where addresses are incomplete or misspelled.Some packages do get lost in the mail. Refunds or replacements will certainly be offered if we’ve made a mistake in the studio or if an items fail to reach you.

I offer carriage-paid on UK orders over £100, with a flat delivery fee of £3 on smaller orders. Most designs are available for immediate delivery.
